If you would like to register to be a part of our parish, please fill out the form linked below. You may either type out your answers on the form or print the form and complete it by hand. Once completed, you may email the form to Debbie Spaeth, Administrative Assistant, at [email protected] or mail it to our parish office located at 512 N. Perkins St., Rushville, IN 46173.

Once we receive your registration form, someone from our parish office will be in contact with you.

When completing the form, please fill out the information you know. If you are unsure of an answer on the form, you may leave it blank. If you are typing out your answers, you may leave the questions where you must circle your answer blank as well.

If you are not Catholic but are interested in becoming Catholic, please consider joining our RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) program. Classes are held every Sunday after the 7:30 AM Mass. Please click the link below for more information on RCIA.
